Join us at the end of the day to focus and calm the mind. Class may incorporate progressive muscle relaxation and breathwork along with a guided meditation or yoga nidra practice. This class can be purchased as a $3 drop in and is included in Unlimited Membership Packages. A Meditation Membership will get you access to live virtual classes, plus a library of recorded meditations to access anytime.
